Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will help maintain a productive work environment and assist with HR administration, fostering positive relationships within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Manage and update the HR database and employee records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Help organize training and development programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate team-building activities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
  • Assist with compliance audits and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or office administration
