Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our toll collection facilities in Johannesburg. You'll manage a dynamic team, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with protocols, and excellent customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the toll collector team, fostering high levels of motivation and accountability.
  • Ensure thorough training and development processes for all new hires.
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction at toll collection points.
  • Regularly evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Take a proactive approach in resolving operational issues and improving processes.
  • Engage with customers to understand their concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Delve into daily transaction records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Toll Plaza Manager regarding operational updates.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of toll collection systems and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years with experience in customer service roles.
