Responsibilities

• Lead property showings and negotiate offers.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Perform due diligence on properties and assess potential risks.
• Provide feedback and insight to clients throughout the buying/selling process.
• Develop promotional materials, including flyers and online ads.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Assist clients in understanding financing options.
• Work with legal teams to finalize contracts.
• Monitor real estate trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Engage with clients via social media and other platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate (advantageous)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales
