Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing compensation structures. You will analyze and assess market trends to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive, thus attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage compensation-related projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with compensation policies and regulations.
  • Participate in the design of pay structures and grading systems.
  • Support HR in developing compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a resource for managers regarding compensation issues.
  • Conduct analyses on compensation and benchmarking data to inform decision-making.
  • Review and evaluate new roles and create appropriate compensation recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in compensation or benefits preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a compensation analyst role or HR function
