Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of corporate law, litigation, and contract management. You will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance, and managing legal risks.

Responsibilities

  • Review and draft a variety of corporate legal documents.
  • Provide training and support to staff on legal compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in legislation that may impact the organization.
  • Prepare and present legal reports to management.
  • Advise on intellectual property matters and assist in protecting company assets.
  • Engage with clients to address legal queries and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
  • Master's degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory roles
