Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage the dispensing of medications while providing excellent patient care and advice on pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Implement safety protocols in medication dispensing.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness programs.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Create informative patient care schedules.
• Utilize pharmacy software for efficient operations.

Requirements

Education

• Pharm.D. degree is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is advantageous

• Advanced Clinical Pharmacotherapy Certification

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Fluent in additional local languages: Proficiency in languages such as isiXhosa or Afrikaans beneficial.
• Experience in clinical settings: Background working in hospitals or clinical settings advantageous.
