Job Description

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in navigating our services while maintaining high satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer support tickets and ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through attentive communication.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Work closely with the support team to maintain high-quality service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
