HR Generalist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with management to develop workforce plans and ensure a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Assist in implementing performance management programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR records and documentation.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employee development.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Support management in developing workforce planning strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
• Master's degree in HR or Industrial Relations is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in human resources roles, preferably in a generalist capacity
