Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and satisfaction efforts in Cape Town. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers are getting the most value out of our solutions, helping them achieve their goals effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Implement customer onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Report on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to upper management.
  • Lead webinars and training sessions to enhance user engagement.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for customer onboarding.
  • Train and mentor junior customer success team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in business or related discipline preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer engagement or success roles
