Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer, where you will engage in exciting projects aimed at advancing mechanical systems. Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate design challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Foster a culture of safety and efficiency in mechanical practices.
• Train and develop engineering staff on new technologies and practices.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders for updates and feedback.
• Prepare and present technical findings to management and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related mechanical role

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems: Experience designing and testing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with CNC programming: Understanding of CNC machining processes and programming.
