Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Keep track of customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Create and maintain a resource library for FAQs and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers with their initial queries.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of customer support experience

  • English: Fluent
