Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Gqeberha. The successful candidate will foster relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing for customer engagement campaigns.
  • Track and report on customer interactions and success stories.
  • Develop workshops and training sessions for clients.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses on client engagements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor junior customer success team members.
  • Participate in product development discussions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • 5+ years in customer success management
