Job Description

As a Strategic Accounts Director, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strategic relationships with clients. You will lead a team to ensure client satisfaction and drive growth through innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts within the portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in client relationships to improve retention.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on product usage.
  • Harness customer feedback to influence product development and innovation.
  • Promote a client-first culture within the team.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new account management staff.
  • Coordinate with support teams to resolve client issues promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or a similar role.
