Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Officer to oversee our employee training programs and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance current training programs based on employee feedback.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee engagement in learning activities.
  • Develop relationships with external training providers or consultants.
  • Monitor training budgets and resources effectively.
  • Utilize technology to enhance training delivery and management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Development or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications
  • Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Sesotho: Conversational
