As a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with various departments to champion diversity initiatives and facilitate training sessions. • Evaluate and update diversity policies, making recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends in diversity and inclusion best practices.
• Organize events and initiatives that celebrate diverse cultures within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is ideal

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles
