Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant who will help influence our organizational direction. Your responsibilities will include assessing and enhancing team dynamics, designing tailored developmental interventions, and driving cultural change.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational diagnostics and culture assessments.
• Design leadership development initiatives to foster management skills.
• Coordinate employee training programs to enhance job performance.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align organizational goals.
• Develop OD interventions based on business needs and employee feedback.
• Implement succession planning strategies to prepare future leaders.
• Review and enhance policies related to employee development and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development or HR consulting
