Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Sandton. You will oversee project lifecycles, ensuring efficient execution from inception to completion. You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, coordinating resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Create project scope and objectives, along with detailed plans to monitor and track progress.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization in projects.
• Conduct risk management analysis and mitigate potential risks proactively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is an advantage
• CAPM certification is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years in project management, ideally within technology sectors

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

• Negotiation
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certified (SMC)
• PMP certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
