Job Description

Join our team as a Client Relations Specialist, where you will manage and nurture client relationships. Your key objective will be to provide outstanding customer service and support, addressing client needs and concerns while liaising with internal teams to enhance overall service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Provide effective support to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement of services.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to customize client service plans.
  • Track client accounts to preempt challenges and act quickly to resolve them.
  • Facilitate client onboarding sessions to ensure an easy transition to our services.
  • Generate reports on client engagement metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Research industry trends affecting customer support and enhance service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role

Languages
