Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR department in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in HR practices and will be responsible for implementing effective HR policies and procedures to support our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong employer brand and promote our company culture to attract talent.
• Manage workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement training and development programs for staff advancement.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to define their staffing needs.

• Assist in the management of the succession planning process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be advantageous

• 5+ years in HR management or a related field
