We are on the lookout for a Learning and Development Specialist to support our employee training initiatives in East London. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing and implementing training programs that enhance skills and promote professional growth. You will play a critical role in identifying training needs and creating engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps through assessments and feedback.
• Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and development.
• Implement mentoring and coaching initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles

Technical Skills

• Training Needs Analysis
• E-Learning Design

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Instructional Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of performance management systems: Understanding of how to integrate training with performance measurement.
