Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our customers in Durban. You'll manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for each customer. If you're a friendly, patient individual who loves to help, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Track and manage customer interactions in our software system.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve service.
  • Engage positively with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Provide training support for junior staff members.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric plus relevant customer service experience
  • A degree or diploma in Communications is beneficial
