Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Clinical Research Associate, where you will play an essential role in the entire clinical trial process, including recruitment, data collection, and compliance assurance, thereby contributing to innovative health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical trial protocols, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and conduct site monitoring visits.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Screen and recruit participants for trials.
  • Collect, verify, and report clinical trial data.
  • Address and resolve issues at trial sites.
  • Collaborate with research teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and site personnel.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain trial supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Relevant qualifications in Clinical Research are an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research or related fields
