Job Description

We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a robust understanding of HR processes and possess the ability to drive HR initiatives across the organization. Your role will be vital in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Implement performance management and training plans.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance records.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a generalist HR role
