Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and fostering a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the HR function to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Supervise the employment lifecycle, addressing recruitment needs and onboarding processes.
• Counsel employees and management on HR-related issues and policies.
• Manage training and development programs to improve employee performance.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
• Work closely with management to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in an HR management role, with a focus on employee relations
