Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist based in Cape Town. This position is pivotal in handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Strong interpersonal skills and experience in HR practices are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment activities from job postings to new hire onboarding.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for employee career growth.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR systems.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and feedback processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of related HR experience.
