We're on the lookout for a passionate HR Generalist to support our HR department in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations matters.
Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Maintain job descriptions and ensure market competitiveness.
Support cultural initiatives to enhance workplace engagement.
Coordinate HR projects such as surveys and audits.
Help with the implementation of diversity and inclusion programs.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop onboarding materials and orientation programs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
HR certifications such as CIPD or equivalent are beneficial
Experience
4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role
