Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient management of warehouse activities, optimize inventory control, and lead a dedicated team. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on enhancing productivity and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the warehouse including shipping and receiving.
• Ensure the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
• Oversee budget management and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and dispatch of products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems (IMS)
• Logistics Software

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Forklift Operator Certification
