We are seeking a talented Event Planner to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that leave a lasting impact. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, while also managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community engagement sessions to gather input on urban projects.
• Assess the impact of urban plans on affordable housing and transportation.
• Utilize GIS tools for planning analysis and visualization.
• Prepare grant applications and funding proposals for urban initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on project designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in urban development projects
