Job Description

Join our Pretoria team as an HR Compliance Officer and ensure our adherence to HR policies and regulations. You will review policies, conduct audits, and provide guidance on compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and the ability to implement compliance initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement compliance strategies according to organizational goals.
• Analyze compliance audit results and present findings to senior management.
• Act as a point of contact for compliance-related questions.
• Support the investigation and resolution of compliance breaches.
• Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Draft reports on compliance progress and areas for improvement.
• Create awareness of compliance responsibilities across the organization.
• Ensure timely updates to policies based on legislative changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in HR Compliance or related fields preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with compliance focus
