Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of HR practices and be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across all departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships for HR services and employee benefits.
  • Analyze employee turnover data and develop strategies to improve retention.
  • Facilitate training workshops and onboarding programs for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Organizational Development is preferred
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role
