Job Description

Join our vibrant HR team as an HR Generalist, where you will contribute to the enhancement of employee experiences through effective management of recruitment, performance reviews, and employee development programs. The right candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes in alignment with business needs.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure fair handling of disputes.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support employee training initiatives and succession planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve processes.
  • Implement wellness programs to support employee health and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and analytics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
