Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual and family needs.
• Design and implement intervention plans that support client goals.
• Provide direct counseling services to clients facing challenges.
• Establish collaboration with other professionals and community agencies.
• Advocate for resources and support for clients at various levels.
• Document progress and review care plans regularly.
• Facilitate educational workshops to empower clients and communities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation efforts.
• Encourage client engagement and participation in services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a social work setting
