Job Description

As an Organizational Development Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the company culture and driving HR initiatives aimed at promoting a positive, productive work environment. The position involves assessing employee needs, designing development programs, and implementing strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Design and deliver workshops aimed at enhancing team collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
