Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to enhance our HR team in Durban. The successful candidate will manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and conduct workplace investigations whilst promoting a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on development needs.
  • Create reports and presentations on development outcomes.
  • Implement onboarding programs for new hires to integrate into the culture.
  • Develop leadership training programs based on organizational goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related disciplines
  • Certifications in Organizational Development or Talent Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR or organizational development experience with a focus on employee engagement
