Join our dynamic team in Johannesburg as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will take charge of the recruitment lifecycle, from defining job requirements to executing sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet our growing needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment strategies and actively source high-caliber candidates.
• Engage with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and talent gaps.
• Utilize social media and professional platforms for candidate outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication with candidates.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interview techniques.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Compile and analyze recruitment metrics for performance improvements.
• Promote employee value propositions in the market.
• Foster relationships with universities and other talent networks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Sociology
• Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition strategies
