• Identify and engage passive candidates through networking and referrals.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract quality applicants.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to promote available positions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR management

• Applicant Tracking Systems

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
