Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all operations within our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of compliance laws and regulations in South Africa, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Review contracts and legal documents for compliance risks.
  • Coordinate with other departments to foster a compliance culture.
  • Design and implement an effective legal compliance program.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes to regulations that may impact operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Master's degree in Law or Compliance is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in legal compliance or a similar role
