Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance to clients on various legal matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the firm in negotiations and legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory issues.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Admitted Attorney or Advocate is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a legal advisory role or similar position

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
