Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Higher Certificate in Customer Service or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Technical Skills
  • CRM software familiarity
  • Technical troubleshooting

  • Active listening
  • Patience
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in additional South African languages: Fluent in languages such as Xhosa or Zulu is an advantage.
  • Experience with e-commerce support: Background in supporting online retail customers is beneficial.
