EduTech Solutions is seeking a passionate Online Tutor to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students of varying ages and subjects, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring for students in various academic subjects, enhancing their understanding and skills.
• Create interactive lesson plans using digital resources to make learning enjoyable.
• Track and report on student achievements, identifying areas that require additional focus.
• Work collaboratively with students and parents to establish learning goals and strategies.
• Utilize technology to create an enriched learning environment that fosters student growth.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with teaching methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Preferred qualification in Higher Education Teaching

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in educational roles, preferably online

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
