• Provide one-on-one tutoring for students in various academic subjects, enhancing their understanding and skills.
• Create interactive lesson plans using digital resources to make learning enjoyable.
• Track and report on student achievements, identifying areas that require additional focus.
• Work collaboratively with students and parents to establish learning goals and strategies.
• Utilize technology to create an enriched learning environment that fosters student growth.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with teaching methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certificate preferred
• Educational Technology Proficient in using various online teaching platforms and tools.
• Subject Matter Expertise Expert in core academic subjects with an ability to convey complex concepts simply.
• Communication Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience Highly patient and supportive when dealing with students of varying backgrounds.
• TEFL or TESOL certification advantageous
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with curriculum development for online learning: Ability to design effective online lesson plans.
• Background in psychology or child development: Understanding of child learning processes and behavioral management.
