Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be adept in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Your role will involve developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving performance management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop metrics to measure employee performance and engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
  • Report HR metrics to senior leadership for strategic planning.
  • Ensure training programs are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance the employee experience through cultural initiatives.
  • Support organizational change efforts and transitions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management roles
