Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain candidate databases ensuring updated records.
• Actively engage in business development to grow client base.
• Utilize social media and job boards for reaching potential candidates effectively.
• Provide excellent client service to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor and evaluate the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
• Offer strategies for client talent acquisition based on market insights.
• Attend client meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and candidate specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
