Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Talent Development Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and competencies of our employees through tailored training programs and effective talent acquisition strategies. This position requires someone with a passion for learning and development, who can foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of a robust learning management system.
  • Evaluate external training vendors and manage relationships.
  • Develop and distribute training materials to staff.
  • Maintain compliance with training regulations and reporting standards.
  • Implement a mentorship program to guide junior employees.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and other teams to ensure alignment on goals.
  • Monitor employee progress and provide feedback for continuous development.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Regularly review and update training methodologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Management
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or talent development
