Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying client needs to sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. Your ability to build relationships and understand our clients' requirements will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Advise clients on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Provide training and guidance to junior recruitment staff.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR or Recruitment

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
