Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings for frame assembly.
• Identify and resolve production inefficiencies.
• Training new employees on production techniques.
• Ensure all safety standards are met on the production floor.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials used in production.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or textile processing

Experience

• 3 years of experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Fabrication skills
• Welding or metalworking techniques

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with welding techniques: Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes.
