Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Advisor to join our reputable legal team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law and provide expert legal advice to our clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
• Provide expert legal opinions on various compliance matters.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks as required.
• Advise on employment law and regulatory affairs.
• Monitor changes in legislation that may affect the business operations.
• Collaborate with other departments on legal-related projects.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Master's degree in Law is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in legal advisory and corporate law.

• Advanced Corporate Law Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
