Compliance Officer

Job Description

Join our growing team as a Compliance Officer, where you will be responsible for monitoring our compliance with legal standards and internal policies. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of integrity and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing changes in regulations affecting the organization.
• Ensuring all company activities comply with local, national, and international regulations.
• Assisting in the development of compliance training programs.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and responding to any inquiries.
• Conducting internal investigations as necessary and reporting findings.
• Maintaining comprehensive records of compliance efforts and findings.
• Facilitating communication between various departments regarding compliance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Understanding of various ISO standards as they relate to compliance.
