Job Description

As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our contracts effectively. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. You will ensure all agreements meet compliance criteria and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Assist in developing and implementing contract management strategies.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft terms that are legally sound and align with business objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments relating to contracts and liabilities.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related queries.
• Ensure timely renewal of contracts prior to expiry dates.
• Prepare and present contract performance metrics to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or related fields
• Diploma in Contract Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in contract management

Technical Skills

• Risk management

Languages

• English: Fluent
