Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be critical in sustaining our operational excellence. You will be tasked with streamlining administrative processes, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and enhancing the overall patient experience within our healthcare services. Strong organizational skills and an understanding of healthcare systems will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the healthcare facility with a focus on efficiency.
  • Coordinate patient services with healthcare teams for seamless operations.
  • Maintain updated patient records and ensure their confidentiality.
  • Evaluate and refine administrative procedures regularly.
  • Support budgeting initiatives and track financial outcomes.
  • Train and support administrative staff in best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops for staff development and training.
  • Ensure effective communication pathways between departments.
  • Conduct regular audits of office procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor workflows to reduce delays and enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
