Job Description

As the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Manager, you will lead and manage the TACP team's operations, ensuring the smooth execution of air support missions. Your leadership will guide team activities, maintain coordination with pilots and ground forces, and enhance the skill sets of your team members.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage air support operations under challenging conditions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • TACP training completion (mandatory).
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in military operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
